Welcome to the vionaa Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. vionaa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation in the program for any reason.

Affiliate Links and Promotional Content

• Affiliate receive a unique referral link upon acceptance.
• Promotional content should reflect your genuine views and experiences with vionaa.
• Direction & Oversight: We provide marketing materials and guidelines, but the views you express remain your own.
• Compliance: Affiliate must comply with advertising standards, such as FTC guidelines.

Ownership of Content

vionaa retains full rights to any content created in connection with the program. Content can be used, modified, and distributed by vionaa without compensation.

AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Checks

We may run AML checks on Affiliate to comply with legal obligations. Affiliate agree to provide the necessary documentation for these checks.

Payment and Earnings

• Commission Structure: Affiliate earn 20% commission on sales and 5% on renewals.
• Monthly rewards of £750 will be divided among the top 3 performers based on the number of referrals.
• Identity Verification: Affiliate must submit valid government-issued ID before receiving payments.
• Taxation: Affiliate are responsible for managing their own taxes.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee any minimum earnings or outcomes.
• vionaa is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions of the SIMM platform.

Confidentiality

Affiliate must not disclose confidential information about vionaa to third parties.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
• Affiliate can also terminate their participation at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, commissions stop, and unpaid earnings may be forfeited if there was a breach of the terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

Additional Terms

• Affiliate Conduct: Any deceptive or unethical behavior results in removal from the program.
• Fraud Protection: Any fraudulent actions will lead to termination and forfeiture of commissions.
• Referral Link Use: Affiliate must not use their referral link to make purchases for themselves or family members.
• Non-Exclusivity: Affiliate are free to participate in other affiliate programs.
• Changes to the Program: vionaa reserves the right to modify the program’s structure at any time.
